The Gschnagenhardt Alm, led by the Profanter family, on the edge of the nature park Puez-Geisler offers a great insight into the indigenous kitchen with local dishes which are served after traditional recipes from Villnöss and South Tyrol. Typical farm and alp products are used; South Tyrolean bacon and cheese, “Schlutzkrapfen” and dumplings are served in all their variations. “Kaiserschmarrn” and of course the home-baked strudel and cakes (apple strudel, cream cheese strudel, buckwheat cake, fruit cake and many more) make your stay even better.
